Down Payment Requirements:

BOOKING BEFORE JUNE 26, 2026:

For booths totaling $1,000 or more, exhibitors may elect a three-payment plan (credit card auto-pay only).

A $500 non-refundable deposit is due at the time of booking to reserve your space and qualify for any applicable discounts.
The remaining balance will be divided into three equal payments and automatically charged on:
- July 13, 2026
- September 14, 2026
- November 16, 2026

BOOKING AFTER JUNE 26, 2026:

Half Down is due upon booking.

BOOKING AFTER DECEMBER 15, 2026:

Half Down is due upon booking.

NOTICE:

To book you will be required to place a minimum down payment of $500 (Varies based on payment option) at the time of registration. This down payment is non-refundable.

If you are using our online booth booking system, once submitted, show management review your booth selection and confirm your order via email. Please note your booth will not show as booked until we verify payment and booth location. We will contact you if any changes need to be made.

All booths booked after December 15th will require payment in full.
